3. Project Estimates and Pricing

• All project estimates provided by Ibuilders Ca are based on the initial assessment of the work required. Final costs may vary depending on material choices, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances during construction.

• A detailed contract with the agreed-upon pricing will be provided prior to the commencement of any work.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as outlined in the contract, with options for installment payments based on project milestones.

• All payments must be made promptly to avoid project delays.

• Ibuilders Ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the property, including any previous work done, limitations, and other factors that may affect the project.

• The client must ensure access to the property during scheduled work hours and provide necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for the construction or renovation.

6. Project Timeline

• Estimated project timelines will be provided before the start of the project. However, Ibuilders Ca is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier issues, unforeseen structural problems, or other factors outside of our control.

• We will make every reasonable effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe.

7. Changes to the Project

• Any modifications to the scope of work, materials, or design after the project has started will require written approval and may result in additional charges.

• Changes or delays caused by the client’s requests may extend the project timeline.

8. Warranty and Quality Assurance

• Ibuilders Ca offers a limited warranty on all work completed, covering structural defects or faulty workmanship for a specified period (usually 12 months).

• Warranty coverage does not include damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or client modifications after project completion.

9. Insurance and Liability

• Ibuilders Ca is fully insured for public liability, workers’ compensation, and property damage during the course of the project.

• The company is not liable for any damages caused to the client’s property due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, third-party damages, accidents, or natural disasters.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Ibuilders Ca respects the privacy of our clients and will not share personal or project information without consent unless required by law.

• We may collect and store information related to the project, which will be used only for the purpose of providing our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the contract or project must be resolved through mediation before legal action is taken.

• In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is taking place.

12. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice, subject to any outstanding payments due.

• In the case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Ibuilders Ca’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered. The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

14. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ibuilders Ca operates.

15. Amendments

• Ibuilders Ca reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.
