I Builders took on our kitchen and living room remodel in North Hollywood, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Noy kept the paperwork in order and the schedule tight, while Eden and Tom made sure the design and execution were flawless. We appreciated how they worked around our family’s schedule and kept disruptions to a minimum. There was a short delay waiting on countertops, but everything else moved like clockwork. We’re loving our new space and already planning to work with them again next year.

We chose I Builders for a complete home remodel in North Hollywood — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, even new windows. From start to finish, the team was organized, skilled, and communicative. We didn’t interact with all their staff, but the project was clearly well-managed. The site was kept clean, materials arrived on time, and the quality of the finishes was superb. I Builders built out a beautiful custom deck and outdoor kitchen for us in our North Hollywood home. Eden had fantastic ideas to make the layout both stylish and functional, and Tom’s crew brought it to life. Even with some material delays on the grill station, they worked around the holdup and delivered everything on schedule. Noy kept the communication flowing and helped us with permits. We now have a backyard we actually enjoy spending time in. Their work speaks for itself — clean, thoughtful, and built to last.

We brought in I Builders for a full demo and rebuild of our Valley Glen home’s first floor. It was a big job — foundation work, new walls, plumbing, everything — and the team tackled it with professionalism and precision. Eden had a great eye for maximizing space, while Tom ran the job site efficiently. There were a couple of change orders, but they communicated them clearly and stayed within budget. I Builders never cut corners and always kept safety a top priority. We’re beyond pleased with the transformation and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
