I found iBuilders through Google after reading many wonderful reviews, and I can honestly say my experience was even better than what people wrote. They replaced my 27-square roof here in North Hollywood, and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end.
The team was polite, patient, and very respectful. They explained everything to me clearly so I always understood what was happening. They showed up on time every day, worked neatly, and cleaned everything before leaving. As someone older, feeling safe and comfortable with the workers in my home was very important and iBuilders made me feel completely at ease.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. My home looks beautiful, and I feel much more secure knowing the roof was done the right way. iBuilders truly went above and beyond, and I am grateful for their honesty, kindness, and professionalism.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or home improvement work. The reviews were great, but the reality was even better.

I Builders updated our small Sun Valley kitchen with a backsplash, undercabinet lighting, and floating shelves. Eden offered layout tips that gave the space more balance. Tom’s crew installed everything with care and accuracy. Noy managed the schedule efficiently and even helped with product selections when one tile was out of stock. The kitchen feels brighter and more functional without a full renovation. Their team respected our time and space, which made a big difference. We now enjoy being in the kitchen again. This was a smaller job, but they gave it the full-service experience. We’ll be hiring them again.

Sun Valley summers can be rough, so we had them build a shaded patio area with fans and lighting. Eden’s layout gave us great airflow without closing off the space. Tom’s crew poured new concrete and framed a gorgeous pergola in just days. Noy handled logistics with clear updates and always followed up. The end result is a relaxing outdoor living room we use constantly. It’s now our favorite part of the property. Every piece of the job was well-organized, professional, and beautifully done. This crew definitely knows what they’re doing.

I Builders recently completed a custom window and door install on our North Hollywood property and we’re thrilled with the upgrade. Eden helped us choose styles that matched our home’s architecture while improving insulation. Tom’s crew arrived early each day, worked with skill, and left no trace when they wrapped. Noy made sure the materials arrived on time and kept everything coordinated. The whole process felt very organized and smooth. Now our home is quieter and more energy-efficient, not to mention better looking. We’re so glad we trusted this team with the job—they do it right the first time.

I Builders did a stunning job repainting and modernizing the entryway and hallway of our Glendale condo. Eden recommended neutral tones with just the right accent details, and Tom’s team executed it flawlessly. The painters were detail-oriented and left no mess behind. Noy confirmed the schedule in advance and even helped coordinate access with our building manager. The new look feels clean, modern, and cohesive with the rest of our space. We’ve received tons of compliments, and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. These guys bring professionalism and polish to every job. Highly recommend them.

I Builders was referred to us by a friend, and they helped transform our old patio into a modern outdoor lounge space. Though we didn’t speak with individual team members much, the professionalism was evident from day one. The crew showed up early, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless each evening. Based right in North Hollywood, they really understand how to maximize backyard layouts for SoCal living. We’re thrilled with the results and would definitely use them again.

I Builders took on our kitchen and living room remodel in North Hollywood, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Noy kept the paperwork in order and the schedule tight, while Eden and Tom made sure the design and execution were flawless. We appreciated how they worked around our family’s schedule and kept disruptions to a minimum. There was a short delay waiting on countertops, but everything else moved like clockwork. We’re loving our new space and already planning to work with them again next year.

We chose I Builders for a complete home remodel in North Hollywood — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, even new windows. From start to finish, the team was organized, skilled, and communicative. We didn’t interact with all their staff, but the project was clearly well-managed. The site was kept clean, materials arrived on time, and the quality of the finishes was superb. We were especially impressed with how they handled the final walkthrough and punch list — everything was done with care. We’re thrilled with how it all turned out.

I Builders built out a beautiful custom deck and outdoor kitchen for us in our North Hollywood home. Eden had fantastic ideas to make the layout both stylish and functional, and Tom’s crew brought it to life. Even with some material delays on the grill station, they worked around the holdup and delivered everything on schedule. Noy kept the communication flowing and helped us with permits. We now have a backyard we actually enjoy spending time in. Their work speaks for itself — clean, thoughtful, and built to last.

We brought in I Builders for a full demo and rebuild of our Valley Glen home’s first floor. It was a big job — foundation work, new walls, plumbing, everything — and the team tackled it with professionalism and precision. Eden had a great eye for maximizing space, while Tom ran the job site efficiently. There were a couple of change orders, but they communicated them clearly and stayed within budget. I Builders never cut corners and always kept safety a top priority. We’re beyond pleased with the transformation and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Eden came to the appointment on time and very knowledgeable about my roof.
He explained my all options and very cool guy. He didnt asked dumb questions like about others roof companies and didnt tire to sell me on other stuff i dont need.
